"I notice that with one particular assistant there's always a .50p difference between the shelf price and checkout price. When challenged she always dips into the open till and passes you .50p without checking reciept or item. I wonder why?"

"Mixed really, quite a few people in there mostly. Generally people being careful around others, though not 100% every time. When I go in I use a mask and go around at speed."

"Since this store opened in stannington we have shopped there everyday as when we finish work we go and buy some wine ,beers and food ..from fresh to frozen. We had no problems at all with products what we needed , yet for the past 2 months it’s gone down hill constantly no stock , no bread or wine that we buy , we have had to ask the staff to look in the back if they have it in stock ... and today I get a family members electric on at pay point yet tonight I was told you had stopped doing this and we would have to go elsewhere where to put the electric on What is going on.... I have been in management for years but I really don’t think the coop has a good team of managers that can’t get their stock in control. If you look at my name in your system you will see how much money we spend with you on a daily basis by checking our members coop card. Well if I don’t get a reply stating that charges will be made then I will take my business else where I can’t say anything bad about the staff as they are all very welcoming."
