"I had an appointment on the 06th of March 2023. The receptionists were very welcoming when I entered the practice. My dentist, Rishi and his dental nurse Vanessa were both very professional and put me at ease straight away. Rishi explained the procedure that I was having very clearly and allowed me to ask questions if needed. The treatment was pain free and easy, usually I’m very nervous having my teeth done, but today’s appointment was a breeze! I honestly couldn’t recommend the staff enough here, all were great. I have further appointments scheduled and hope to experience the same level of customer service again. Thank you."

"Unfortunately, at the beginning of December I had very bad toothache under a crown so contacted the practice as my wife and I are registered patients. The receptionists were very helpful in fitting me in and I saw two separate Dentists the last one inserting a dressing which helped ease the situation. He advised I would need a Root Canal procedure. On both of those visits I naturally fully explained the problem that had lead to seeing them. Mid December we were both scheduled for a Check-up so we advised Reception that if need be I alone would use both appointments to have my tooth attended to. I went into the surgery to see our Dentist who had not been advised of the problems I had been going through so I spent most of the time re-explaining what had transpired which I found to be very lax and a tad unprofessional. The Check-up time consisted solely of me explaining what should have been already in the system and, to my chagrin, I was charged for the Check-up which was not carried out. I then found another Dentist who has carried out the procedure. My feeling is that in BUPA's case money comes first, patient care second and the patient is viewed as their own ATM."

"Just like to say that I have always had very positive treatments at Hill House Dental Care. The staff are friendly and helpful. My dentist Simon Charlesworth is excellent and would explain/advise whatever best treatment available so I can make an informed choice. He is also very gentle and skilled, so my dental treatment is usually pain free. The place is spotlessly clean and equipment up to date. I have total trust in them and would recommend them to my family and friends."
