"I contacted the surgery as an emergancy patient, and to my shock I was booked for the same day. I must stress that I am a VERY nervous patient!!!!! Following the initial problem I went back for a full consultation with Alison and her team. They put me at ease straight away and after a full check a treatment plan was written for me.
