"Today I was booked in for a normal check up, thinking it would go as smooth as always. After the dentist was 15 mins late she saw me. All went well and I made my way back to reception to make my payment. Thinking it would be the normal check up rate of around £30 - £40. My bill was £95.00 this was for a clean that lasted no more than 5 minutes. To tell you I was blown away would be an understatement ! After asking why my bill was so high the receptionist said this is normal practice. Well this is not normal at all. I feel like I have been robbed as I was not asked beforehand if i would like the clean, the dentist took it upon herself to just do it without my permission and all I got back for my troubles was a £25 refund. I should have refused to pay for it in the first place but being a decent human being I payed the bill. My family and I will no longer visit this daylight robbery dentist and I will inform all my friends and family to do the same. How do you people sleep at night !"

"Staff are absolutely lovely and great at their jobs. I went to the hygienist and she managed to get the glue from my braces off which had been there for 6 years! I went home with a much brighter smile from the service"

"Not a pleasant experience, and rude staff by all means. The receptionist asked to refill a form that was filled three days before, wasn’t allowed to even discuss the reason why! Despite the fact the appointment was to do followup cleaning and do refilling, the dentist didn’t wanna proceed and said that I meed to rebook the appointment cause she knew my maternity exemption will expire in a week time in order to do it privately. This will be escalated with the NHS and will be investigated further."

"First time I’ve been dentist in 13 years! Smiles was very understanding and showed me going to the dentist really isn’t that bad. I wa sin agony before I went and they carefully explained the procedure and was very gentle, no pain at all. Was as pleasurable as a dentist visit can be! The 2 ladies who worked on me were also very understanding and friendly and seem to genuinely care! Price is also very reasonable!"

I've just got home from seeing Sarah and the experience was so much better than I've had previously elsewhere.
