"Badly organised and unprofessional. I should have trusted the other bad reviews but I needed an appointment urgently and could not be seen anywhere else. I booked an appointment, received a confirmation but when I arrived there I was told they had no availability and could not see me. When I booked I made it clear this was an emergency appointment, so they clearly did not care that I must have been in pain and could have tried to make an appointment somewhere else if they gave me a bit more notice. I had to leave work early for this too and then had to rush to find somewhere else. I will not be coming back"
