"Awful, from the off I only ever received generic leaflets from them, it took me months to get my sort code and account number which I needed to be able to register for online banking. Found out that you are charged £1 for any withdrawal you make, which I was never told. The website is full of broken links and the online banking slow and hard to navigate - unless you need a loan avoid, for saving it makes no sense to use them. Edit: when I left this review I had submitted a form to close my account. That was over 2 months ago. I got my payslip today and they have taken yet another deduction - my employer has said they never actually got the form from Voyager. They are an absolute nightmare avoid at all costs. Edit again: I submitted the form to close my account 3 times in total, they took deductions from my wage for 5 months after I submitted my first requested they stop, they were an absolute nightmare to deal with and i'd keep cash under my bed before allowing these to handle my money. Again, avoid for savings, only use this company if you need a loan."
"Terrible service. You can never get them on the phone. They have changed apps 3 times in the last two years. The current one just says "internal error" when you try and use it. They charge £1 per withdrawal. Now, they have decided that they need more money, so voted to charge a £15 membership fee which they will debit out of everyones account in the next few weeks. No consultation, no options given to change your mind. WOuld you trust your money with a company who vote amongst themselves to take your money from you if they want it?"
"It was easy to set up. You send your details and then you see the amount being deducted from your wage. They have now introduced a fee, which is ridiculous for a service which is 'for its members'. The fee, which they introduced without you being able to withdraw from its service. I wanted to set up my online service, the ability to do this has been incredibly difficult. The staff are hard to get hold of, been trying to set up my online account for over a week now. As they have not included my mobile number in their information. Quite frankly, I'm not entirely sure how secure their information is kept. I wouldn't recommend this service if you're wanting something easy to use."
"Absolute nightmare to deal with. understaffed which means they don't answer the phone for hours. Set aside at least 3 hours to get through to them. When you do get through they don't have a clue or just play dumb in a hope that you will go away. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COWBOY FIRM !!!!"
"Spent an hour on the phone wanting to come back to the UK from France just to have some money transferred yesterday. Spoke to some woman who just could not get mu info correct, told me my funds would be in my account at the end of the day. Waited all day and night and nothing. Got back to the UK still kepttrying to see what happened, got this recording to say all the staff was at lunch and my call got disconnected. How disgraceful almost got stuck in France because someone didn't do their job properly"
