"Starbucks festive drinks are back! Praline cookie hot chocolate with vegan whipped cream topping is a must try - it is rich in flavour, and tasted way better that any other hot chocolate I have tasted. The drink itself is definitely worth the price. The place also has a huge selection of pastries and cakes - which all look fresh and delicious! This is definitely my favourite Starbucks in the entire city of London - great location, clean and cosy atmosphere. The service is always quick - The staff are also helpful and friendly. In the past few months that I have been going here, I've never had bad experience. Thank you!"

"It's a usual Starbucks with their drinks and food, however one of the staff member was quite rude after we were served. She said to us to move in unkind voice to the area where we can collect our order. I understand that there are customs but it can be asked in a nice way rather than ordering a customer. It might be just language barrier but still no one should be made feel bad for a small mistake especially not the customer."
