"Called in this morning 19/02/21 to the Worksop branch, we were served by a lovely lady in glasses who unfortunately seemed petrified of her manager. 'Till lady' attempted to clear up some seeds that a customer had dropped, the awfully rude manager snatched the dustpan and brush off her and demanded that she served instead of clearing up, which would have taken her 30 seconds and would have saved someone from slipping on them. The manager then decided she wanted to make her way through the queue to watch the till lady, the manager snapped at my daughter "I need to get through" in other words move out of my way!!! Awful, awful lady who needs to go and get some manners and customer relation skills. She gave off a very negative vibe which is the last thing a wellbeing store needs."
