"Quite possibly had one of the worst frappuccinos I've ever had in my life. The barista was totally clueless on how to make it. She kept checking with her manager for a second opinion to which the manager just shrugged her shoulders and told the barista to serve this horrendous drink. What a way to make a customer feel valued, no regards to quality whatsoever. I mean look at it, I was served a slushy, the drink was not blended correctly. A word of advice to The Coffee Tree, if you have no idea how to create an item then you shouldn't have it on your menu. That is a better solution then serving customers subpar products. Clearly it's all about profits and the manager does not care about delivery a quality product and service to customers. On the plus side the actual cafe interior and decor was nice, that's about it. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but this experience was not pleasant. I'll stick to Costa who serve decent frappuccinos."
