"I wanted to a frap yesterday mid day and o was told you wasn't making them, that you had stop selling due to weather, iknew that was an absolute lie! As I had gotten it the day before from this very store. Who ever was working yesterday 25th jan 2023 at 4 pm is lazy and has terrible service. Let down the customer service of a usually lovely place for my morning afternoon coffee. Thank you to those who actually do there Jobs."

"18/01/23 I’ve come in to purchase a caramel frappe and I’m faced with “artie” who has the worst customer service skills. Seems not to know how to smile, this is not the first time I’ve experienced bad customer service from her as I work in the area. As I proceed to placed my order 2 hours before closing time she sates she’s unable to make my request. I ask why, she then says she can’t tell me… I ask her again why and she says the machine they use to make it is out of order. I’ve been to Starbucks enough to know that it’s just a blender. In fact there are 2 blenders one dairy and one non dairy. To me it just sounded like a silly excuses to not meet my request so she could be ahead with her closing duties early which is ridiculous. Lastly, one of my colleagues had gone there earlier that day so I know for sure the 2 blenders can’t have broken down in such a short space of time. It’s just a JOKE!!"
