"I would give a higher score if they would stop certain clients from using downstairs as an office, or at least stop people who just sit with a drink for hours on end and talk loudly on their phones and computers. We happened to be sitting next to a black lady who spoke so loud on her phone and computer that we just had to move. We moved to the far side of the room but her voice continued to reverberate in the air around us. It was a relief to finally finish up and leave. I complained politely to the manager on our way out (about our experience being ruined by this insensitive woman). That being said the coffee was good and the staff (girls) were very nice and friendly, so five stars to them."
