"I’m appalled to have to leave feedback like this but I have to raise awareness as I felt disgusted when I realised. I visited Harborne store, for the first time & purchased some tights. When it came trying them on, I realised they were too small anyway but soon was relieved as I saw that they had been previously worn. I assumed that because the packaging was new and I damaged that the items are clean and unused but have realised that they must be reselling returned items and pretending that they’re brand new. I’ve never brought clothes item from there and definitely won’t be doing so again."

With past experience from.other shops my expectations was not high, however the gentleman answered within a couple of rings and his customer service was excellent. Very helpful. I cannot remember his name but whoever helped me with the LED lights, you saved me an unnecessary journey!"
