"Customer service needs to improve, you need to employ more staff who are willing help customers! Don't just employ staff because you need staff. But employ because you care in providing the best customer care. Also you have wrong price tickets applied and you don't honour the prices you need to have this looked into! MANAGMENT are extremely rude refused to provide head office details and instead tell you to google it!! I hope headoffice do look at this and do take actions!! Asda redditch even deserve 1 star!!"
"I will no longer be using Asda delivery for this store. Spent £100 on groceries, food never turned up. This is not my issue my issue is it has now been almost 1 week and still I keep getting told the order is "delayed". No one will help me and every time I receive an email or a phone call I have to repeat the whole story over again"
