"I did not enjoy going to this Starbucks. One of the assistants (who made my drink) was a bit surly. Surliness has crept into Starbucks a lot recently. I asked for an Extra Hot Pumpkin Spiced latte, it was luke warm. As it was an expensive drink (£4:40) I decided to complain. He gave me another but it was lukewarm the second time. I went downstairs and there was no music playing despite the speakers around. It was horrible, so silent, like being in a morgue. I won't be coming here again in a hurry."
