Reviews
"Horrendous prices and queues even longer now that some genius decided to reduce the number of tills."
"Reopened today and the store looks great , friendly staff good to be back open ,might be a little more than other shops but it's handy for things and in walking distance"
"OK for convenience but very pricey for a Tesco!! Not much of a good selection either and lots of miserable staff. I'm disappointed as its local to me but sometimes I drive past and go to the Selly Oak store which is much better!!"
"Great local shop. Long opening hours with good choice and friendly staff. Short waits and staff quickly open extra checkout when needed."
"This joke of a Tesco store fails on all levels, regularly having low levels or no fresh produce, including basics like potato, carrot, bread (depicted), milk.... fridges and freezers break down often. Stock is piled up in random places. Staff block the aisles and are unfriendly and unhelpful. Queues at the checkout are common and no self-checkout option exists. The Tesco pay app scanner is temperamental as is the contactless meaning if you haven’t got cash you may struggle. The manager sits around and takes no action. The trainees are sadly taught by the worst of the other staff, including the most unpleasant staff member who I’ve seen promoted inexplicably! I’ve fed back to Tesco repeatedly and nothing ever changes. My advice... if you can go elsewhere, do, like the few staff who had any degree of customer service about them. Otherwise take a deep breath and hope! Good luck."
