"Extremely Rude Asian Manager. Looked as if he has done some drugs when he came out of the staff room. Asked him if I could use the Toilet. He said "the handle is broken. Are you Blind". Poor site/store maintenance. It clearly states on signage that to ask a member of staff to access the toilet. Definitely won't be returning. They had a staff toilet which was functioning but was refused. Which is understandable. Although keeping their staff toilet functioning and the customer not. Does not make sense. As the store is open for customers. They would have some decency and basic customer service to keep all facilities functioning to the highest of standards."

"Very good and very clean store. Region able price help full and very kindly staff and good size car parking and near to where I live.feels very safe to do the shopping there"

"Shop is fine but checkout can be so frustrating! on 28/12/22 at around 6pm only 1 self checkout for cash was working. An elderly person was clearly having issues with using the machine however staff were standing not helping at all. After waiting 20 mins I decided to use the card only machines as I wasn't waiting any longer. Lidl definitely need to improve their staff morale as it seems to be lacking at this particular store. Hope to see this improve in the future."

"Clean store, *most* staff are helpful and polite. Parking is always available. I do my weekly shopping here, but when I come after 4pm many every day products sold out."
