"Absolutely disgusting service. It has been illegal for the past 2 years to charge for card payments in shops small or big yet this shop still does it and upon acknowledgement to one of the staff, I received abuse. The pathetic excuse of a man used very strong and vulgar language. It's the third time I have let the staff know of the legal changes in the last 12 months and they still have not taken any action into complying with the legal requirements. The fact that I have made it clear of the facts and laws three times was also pointed out by the member of staff in an unprofessional manner using abusive language. I will be taking legal action against this business and will be doing everything I can to protect the small community of people living in the area. This disgusting behaviour was uncalled for and I will not let the business get away with it."
