Starbucks Coffee

"Came in fancing a coffee today with a friend as it was a cold day . After paying for my drinks the lady told us we couldn't eat our lunch in there despite us paying for the drinks. A bit weird as I've had lunch here with a coffee before. But I told her we'd put the food away when I get back to the table. I couldn't even sit down with my order and tell my friend before the south asian guy stormed over and told us to put away our food. After putting everything away we couldn't relax as he kept watching us. The whole situation as was a bit uncomfortable. And people outside were eating food bought from outside the store with no problem, so it felt a little weird. If you want to have a coffee without feeling watched I'd recommend going somewhere else."

"Im a regular at Starbucks Ealing Common branch. Cool place,nice music,nice atmosfere,you can work on your laptop. Staff polite and the guy makes best matcha in Ealing area. Highly recomended!"

"Today was the second time they try to cheat me. I paid for oat latte and they gave me normal late. I went back there and complained and they said they couldn’t exchange as it was oat. It was a big argument till finally I get my oat latte. The Indian guy always so rude and he doesn’t accept our rights. Other day a girl was saying to him she didn’t want the food she bought because there was a spice what she was allergic. That Indian guy said to her if she wanted another sandwich she must pay again. How can? This guy is so rude with woman. I’ll never go there again. Costa coffee is beside. This guy should be taken out and be well trained before be there working with humans."

"Such lovely people working here - always greet you with a smile and remember your favourite drink! It's always a pleasure to be served by the friendly staff. I always enjoy my favourite cup of coffee here too whilst working or sitting with friends. Keep up the great work! Highly recommend!!"
