Reviews of Caffè Nero
"Whilst in London recently, we needed a pit stop for something quick to eat and drink. Google maps directed us to Cafe Nero. There place had customers, but no excessively busy, 2 of our party found a table down starts. We waited an absolute age to be served and there were only 2 people in front of us. People were returning due to incorrect orders. Eventually we were served. I requested a scone, clotted cream and jam on our order. Once paid, was informed no clotted cream, so I changed my order to a raspberry tarr. The cashier couldn't give me a refund and had to wait for the manager. Told she would have to charge me for the new order then given a refund for the scone, etc. It took 10 minutes to do! Eventually after being in the shop 35 minutes, we took the food and drinks downstairs. The tables and floor were dirty, not a very nice place to sit. My daughter wanted the toilet, which was another epic, you needed a key code. She said the toilets were very dirty and smelt. I have never visited a Cafe Nero before, but will never go to one again. Horrible place and staff were very unhelpful, plus badly trained in customer service. Plus, when returning home discovered I had been charged for the bland Raspberry Tart, but not received a refund for the scone I didn't have. BAD SERVICE CAFE NERO"
"Very relaxed visit. Their sausage rolls are super tasty, highly recommended. Lovely latte as usual. They have a large room on the first floor, very bright Bay window, very airy with good toilet facilities on same floor. Will come again"
"Staff know nothing about the ststem and didn’t input the stamp for reuse-able cup. When I ask them, they simply just grab a paper version and throw this at me and refused to talk to me again. Outrageous attitude. Worst Nero experience I have in the whole country. will definitely choose other coffee shops when I go to Ealing again."
"Good decent space upstairs for a relaxing evening with friends and nice sandwich options. My chai latte was not hot enough but sufficiently tasty."
"Used to visit this place regularly….not visited in several months however was pleased to say the experience was still a positive and pleasant experience. There is still plenty of seating (and tables) both downstairs and upstairs. The upper floor is much brighter and spacious with loads of power/plug points for charging. Very relaxed atmosphere with chilled music vibes and regular table service and clean toilets."
