"Friendly helpful staff this is key to the retail business. Large variety of produce. Overall a good experience, the price's even with Clubcard are not as competitive as they could be. The Clubcard App needs to be more straightforward I've noticed they are improving the coupon complexity. However the coupons which are a cost to Tesco's and a distraction to customers are they really necessary. Simplyfie and focus on value for money would increase trade and overall customer satisfaction."

"We came to buy some fuel on Saturday & owing to some issue in town the roads were gridlocked as was Tesco car park & exit. It took us nearly 20 minutes to get out but fair play to Tesco staff though, they had at least 3 staff out directing traffic & making sure we all had our place in the queue. They were calm, polite & friendly & went a long way to keeping everyone calm."
