"A close family member who has an eye condition and arthritis visited this shop today, and due to the one check out not working she had to use the self-service. Due to her eye condition she asked a member of staff for help, the woman was clearly not happy to help as she was chuntering under breath. Once my family member had finished her shopping, the member of staff turned to her colleague and said “there’s clearly nothing wrong with her”. My family member asked for help due to not being able to see the screen and this is how she was treat."

"It's all self checkouts now which i couldn't use as I'm partially sighted, I asked for assistance and was told that it's not their job to do it for me, so left and went to Iceland next-door they are always helpful there."
