"Crosta and mollica torenissi breadsticks currently in stock has an aweful taste. The whole batch for the past 3 weeks is not nice. Please inform the supplier to stick to the original taste"
"Seriously need to sort some parking even more so for disabled customers it's a joke here unless you don't mind squeezing into a grotty lift. Staff and store itself are faultless. Thank you for the response it's the store on market Street in Stourbridge."
"If you are a BLACK MAN you are not allowed to loiter whilst inspecting the ingredients on packaging due to intolerances or allergies. You are also not allowed to squint whilst reading packaging due to longsightedness. That's when the Asian female security guard will position herself at the end of every aisle so that she could observe your every move. Then they get their black staff to approach you to ask you if you are ok. This can make you feel uncomfortable as it did for me, especially when they ask you a second time after you ignored their first attempt. The white female manager said she is friendly to everyone. Well at that moment in time she gave nobody else the attention I got. Her second attempt just felt invasive and weird. I'm an adult surely I could seek help if I needed it. Question is...if I was white would they have even noticed me at all?! Some people may say if you were the only black person in the store then that would be the reason they noticed you more. Now whilst that is a logical argument for how we visually see things, should they act on racial scarcity or be aware that what I am doing is completely normal and they just notice me more because of my racial scarcity?! This is the first time I've ever been into a Whiterose store.. Not a store for black men unfortunately."
"Got to be one of the best places in Stourbridge. Its just below Stourbridge ryemarket parking, its wheelchair accessible and the staff are really friendly. Not the cheapest supermarket but it stocks some incredible alternative produce/herbs/spices etc. Elderly/disabled customers can even ask for 'carry to car' service, which i personally think is a brilliant service. Fresh meat/fish and sweet counter also. So glad I live in Stourbridge."
"It might be a little bit more expensive than Tesco but its well worth it with great top quality produce and a lot of choice for a small supermarket. A lot of items are just not available anywhere else, such as fresh seafood and fabulous cheeses. You also dont have to spend ages trying to find stuff as there are staff on hand and its quick at the checkouts."
