"Well I went today to use self service , my app said to change my password, which I did then it said verify with your card , well seeing as I had the app I didn't carry my card ..... best I have ever heard by staff ask someone who is shopping have thay got thier club card to help you , other than that I don't get my discount.... I wonder why I don't shop at tescos... to me this is not professional, walked away more or less nothing she can do."
