Reviews
"Large store with large parking facility. Massive range of goods. There is also a small section of halal food in the freezer. Isles are clearly marked. A nice and large supermarket. Give them a try."
"Sat here for over half an hour, everyone else in the cafeteria got served but my breakfast (two pieces of toast, a rasher of bacon and a tomato) never came. What a shame, it is usually great here , I guess I just got forgotten this time."
"Worst super market of them all. No lights in car park, unless your a rabbit or the moons out your in trouble, drain covers in car park missing, i seen someone actually fall over because of that. They cut some trees down in car park, but left about 8 inches of the stumps just sticking up. It took about 6 months for the cars to smash them flat, "remember it's dark" No baskets on entrance most times. Shelf stacking must done by steve wonder and his pals, who plop items in any place regardless of the price or weight. Always check your items, or you be paying extra because of it. If you find a manned till, well done you If you use self service "good luck" With it doing it's job as it should, more like "Unexpected item please remove item" Sooo under staffed its not funny. On a positive note, staff are generally very good, but you can see they hate every minute in this poor store. Managers hang around together instead of sorting the store out."
"Every time we shop at Morrisons Rubery, you can pick out your favourite staff members, as they interact with you, as you go round. In particular, Marie (on the pizza counter) and Marie (on the deli) need to be praised. On till side, all the girls we pass through are exceptionally diligent and Tina all need more than a pat on the back. The staff work under a lot of pressure and so deserve any accolade, as they deserve it. Well done team. You are the best."
"Went in with mom and found it hard to find a disabled space. Store entrance and exit very cramped with clutter. Staff don't smile and aren't welcoming. Staff chatter too much with their mates at the tills causing queues - I think they prefer customers to self checkout so that the staff can carry on nattering."
