"Very patronising....Took a parcel to be posted.Was ment to be freepost,was just explaining about postage and the parcel itself as was not sure about it.As soon as i saw the staff it looked like he didnt want to serve me...then when i was explaining he was rude and patronising.So,i left the shop and wont be using the shop again.You are no better than everyone else in Quinton.Dont look down on people.Shameful behaviour from staff member...."
