"Visited here and absolutely appalled at how one staff member was towards me! Whilst in this store a staff member who's name was Nathan was really rude towards me and my elderly father. We asked if we could get some assistance with helping my father find some items in store to which he said I'm not paid to be your personal shopper. He proceeded to say I'm busy as you can see and turned his back to us. Another staff member heard this and apologised to us for his behaviour and went on to tell us his name and that he always insults customers. My elderly dad who used to love his trip to this tesco feels really awkward and anxious incase he is there when he next visits! Will be raising this with head office also as I couldn't believe how rude he was."

"What an absolute awful shop. Surprised Tesco have put their name to this. Its more like a junk shop than a grocery store. Most of the shelves empty, the items they do have are a lot more expensive than a proper Tesco Superstore. Even the co-op has more choice and is cheaper. 8 tils but no staff on any of them, just 3 guys in the corner of the store watching. Won't be shopping here again."
