"Came in twice in December to buy Wernicks Advocate to make Snowball drink for Christmas. Both times, the assistants didn't know they sold it and I had to physically point it it out hidden on very back of the bottom shelves! I'm very glad you had it but it would make sense to make a feature of Christmas drinks at Christmas...and have your staff know they stock it."
