"I know that some supermarkets are trialling having self service and next zero staff but I don't believe this is one of them. Nobody to help, nobody to serve. Just walked in today to see around 10 customers waiting at the tills for with a bemused look in ther face. I walked straight back out. No time for that ."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never in my life been targeted so heavily for the colour of my skin before than when I’ve just been in this store. I get followed around by security, spoken down to by an inept staff member - who called me a liar and smirking when trying to resolve a small issue. If you are black and are over 6ft - stay away from this place. Profiling at its best. Absolutely disgusting. I will never step foot in that store again, even if my life depended on it!"
"I have been in that shop and I was in a rush, there was no staff behind the tail so I went to the self machine to pay but didn't except cash, so left my item went outside, If you are short of staff and want people use the self service machine, provide the machine that accept all kind off payments Don't recommend Will never back."
