"Got home to find that I had been overcharged by £8. Had an 8 mile round trip to go and resolve it which took 15 mins as the customer service desk didn't know how to issue a refund! Only had this happen once before at Tesco and they refunded me double the difference. Sainsbury's just seem happy to waste your time and money. Didn't get the impression that any effort would be made to either update the shelf edge label or the till system. I guess it is a case of buyer beware. Check your receipt before you head home."
