"Second time in the place: moved to York two weeks ago. Truth: this shop is ruined by the present workers of whom are rude. As someone who uses the workers checkout if I (prefer) to pay cash as some people just do sometimes, i'm both times now treated (not greeted) with an attitude. As a former worker of these types of customer-service jobs years back when, this is not acceptable at all. 'If you hate your job, QUIT. don't take your life out on the person wanting to walk in and go about their day.'"

"Great store in City Centre although the checkouts were wet and not clean at the staffed checkout in the place where we had to put our items and not a pleasent smell with a homeless dude at the next checkout although I know that probably can't be helped due to the cruel world we live in where the Gov./Councils should provide everyone a place to keep warm and shower like they do with refugees etc."
