"First time ever visited this store. The thing that forced me to write this review was the attitude of the staff specially at the meat corner. The staff neither can communicate nor have respect for their customers (very rude). I will never go to place where you come out with a bad heart just because people have been rude and no manners to communicate."

"I decided not to give them my £1500 shopping each month, and its because of their meat section staff who arrogant, rude and also felt they not doing there job with honesty when they measure meats and other stuff, Complaints to the manager. He looks helpless and no control over them. There are much better competitors around this area. I know this wouldn't put any loss to those arrogant employees, but this place will eventually lose a lot of sales because of them if they haven't changed their way of dealing with customers. Owners should think about it."

"Grocery store with Indian, Srilankan and Pakistani grocery items. I recently went to this shop. You can find vegetables and Grocery of your taste here. I went for purchasing Matta rice. I got the right item from this shop. Best option for people living near Solihull, Shirley area. Car parking is available. Easy to locate as it is on the side of Stratford road. Also a good place to find people from your native and make connections as you may find them here for shopping."

"Visited Goldens on recommendation by family friend. PROS: Huge variety of Asian food items available. CONS: 1. Limited parking 2. Smells of meat as non-veg section is at very start 3. Expensive than other supermarkets selling Asian items especially the ones in Smethwick and Soho Road. Would I recommend? NO"
