"Very handy for boaters on the canal to top up. Great and varied range of products. Friendly service too. They have a soft plastics recycling bin by the door for all the biscuit, cake, sweet and vegetable wrappers I have been saving up too. Well done Co-op!"

"I popped into this COOP while passing through on a boating holiday. It was around 9am on a Saturday morning. Didn’t have tomato ketchup ( only the low sugar, low salt version), didn’t have chutney, the member of staff filling kitchen roll/toilet roll had completely blocked customers access to the products. Customer service at the checkout was appalling. I was served by Steve who ignored me when I said Hello then I had to ask him the cost of my shopping and he barely managed a grunt when I said thank you at the end of the transaction. First impression good a very smart premises. Experience appalling mainly due to staff."

"An excellent shop. Particularly good for sandwiches. In fact, all their fresh produce looks ripe, fresh and suitably chilled. Unlike the co-op of the old days, it's all attractively displayed as well."

"A lovely clean store. Well stocked, especially during these current difficult. times Friendly, helpful, cheerful staff. Reasonably priced and accessible, with good available parking. My only comment, and hence only three stars, is that they are the only local store not selling Lottery Scratch Cards, purporting that they are "not essential", while continuing to sell tobacco, alcohol and other non-food items! Otherwise a highly recommended store."
