"Both owners got attitude problem, even when you are polite to them. Used to go to shop regularly and quite often seen them argue with customers over petty things … To say the least they commented “you can never make a customer happy” and you do not provide a free parcel collection service to customers. Hermès pays you 35p per parcel and offcourse that’s charged to customers. So stop saying to customer you provide a free service …"
