"I delivered here this evening, I arrived an hour before my booking in time so I expected a wait, I was then allocated a bay some 45 mins later. So far, so good. Meanwhile, two other trucks came in and straight on their allocated bays and were then tipped before me, the Goods In staff said it was because they had fewer pallets on! ....irrespective of having fewer pallets, vehicles should be tipped on a first come/ first served basis, I am now running close to my 15hr point now because unloading staff prioritised easier vehicles. 1 star is generous!"

"After watching DJ audits carry out an audit on this place. The staff are really rude and have no knowledge of the law and what a photographer can do from a public pavement. Shocking security. Need some educating!! Would never buy from Ocado!!"
