"This is my closest Lidl and i love their bakery but last week i was waiting on the self-service queue and the worker lady was shouting on one guy who looks doesn't know how to use the till she wasn't helpfull at all and on top she was very rude with her attitude. And today i got some shopping, with 3 hotwheels cars for my son (who's autistic, 6 years old)and the lady in the till called MAZ, she saw my kid was upset and crying and he wanted the cars and she was waiting because there was a probleme on the price of the cars and i asked her politely to just give him the car or to put it on side so he can see it and touch it and she responded rudely no i can't give you i'm gonna wait for my manager, we were waiting for like 2 minute and my kid was crying and she even didn't react at all. Omg! Is this how they teaching you to deal with your customers?!"
"It's an OK store I use it daily had a great bakery and is fair priced. My only reason for 3 stars is the shelves are never replenished im always struggling to get the things I need"
"Normally shop at the city centre branch but thought I would give it a try at the bakery here. First impression was positive with the cleanliness and the layouts of the store, and quite amazed by the good selections of fresh bakery and green produces. I am really impressed by how they display their products here at this branch. Even dairy milk are kept clean displayed behind a plastic see through curtain blinds. The only negative thing on my first visit here was the shop assistant responsible for the self service tills. She was eating something off her hands and talking to a customer at the same time to which I thought it was unprofessional thing to do. You eat your food at break time and not during working hours. Imagine your hand inside your mouth then touching customers goods and tills etc is not hygienic!!!"
"Service was a disgrace. Had to use a self service til not ideal with a large shop . as noone was on the checkout if you won't people to do self service. Then make the tills bigger for putting items on .trying to put a trolly load odd stuff was a joke . It should be baskets only ."
