"Security guard needs retraining on how to deal with people who decide to withdraw their item (steak) as planned I was going to buy the item but as you didn't have onion rings I decided to put the item back in the chiller, the security guard did see me having the item when I 1st picked it up but because I put the item back in the chiller when he wasn't there and see me walking out empty handed assumes I stolen it, why not wait for the alarm to go off so I took on myself to march the guard to the place I put it no apology or nothing after I corrected him. Time was approx 14.30 -1500"
"We went to this Lidl after a visit to Ashton, it has a public toilet in it which is great. Lidl is amazing shop, the bakery items are just so nice."
"Always shop here but after my experience this week I will not be back. I'm heavily pregnant and had 3 5 year old with me I had a large basket filled to the brim I tried to use the till and was told by the cashier if I have a badket I need to use the self service and under no circumstances will she serve me on the till. So then the chaos started with 3 5 year olds getting bored while I tried to fit 4 bags of shopping on the self service till. If I wanted to use the self service I would it should be the customers choice I will not be returning."
