"The pizzas I received were inedible, and the toppings tasted like they were practically left out in the sweltering heat. Out of an order that cost nearly £40, the only thing that was eaten was a slice of pizza, and the garlic bread sides. The only flavour that I tasted on the pizza was salt. I then contacted the Battersea branch where I ordered from, and was met with the most vile person, who claimed to be the manager. After berating my mother on the phone, he then tried to sweeten it up by offering to send another pizza - which was not wanted, claiming that 'he did not want to lose a customer.' The manager of the Battersea branch honestly needs his head checked, especially after checking the other reviews, and seeing that it wasn't just us he has been disgustingly rude to; others have been met with the same response when told the food wasn't up to proper standards. I hope this place gets shut down, and the manager never gets a job in a customer-based job again, because he clearly doesn't know how to talk to people."
