"Huge queues waiting to checkout. Six manned checkouts closed and ten self serve checkouts closed. Not a good customer experience. The management need to get a grip."
"A poor recent experience, due to Tesco pricing something wrong I was charged a considerable amount more for an item. I drove back to the store to request a refund, I got to the customer service desk and the two women who were on said they were closed and now going home, I checked the time and it wasn’t even 10pm yet (which is the time advertised for the desk to close). Of course frustrated that I had come out of my way I spoke to a colleague on the self scan who was very helpful and managed to find someone who could process the refund for me. I’m glad that my refund was processed eventually but if you advertise specific times for open and close you should stick to them!"

"Parking is easy and store is o.k. but I agree with comments on male toilets, they are not kept clean. There were 3 soap dispensers, one's disappeared and two haven't seen soap lately. Come on Tesco get to Aldi and buy some soap. Every little extra helps..."
