Where else would I be able to purchase salt, bleach, toothbrushes, gaffer tape, a rolling pin, some door hooks, a lemon juicer, an extension cable, and a mop in Whalley Range? Items aren't the best quality available but so convenient. Hasn't let me down yet when I've needed almost anything on a whim."

"Awful service. I was waiting for 10 minutes to get served at the till because the till operator was in back on his phone. During the Coronavirus Pandemic in March they started charging double on cold/Flu products and Hand Sanitizers. Now we're in a second lockdown they are charging double again (sometimes triple). None of them wear face coverings either. Just an overall poorly managed place. Another thing I might add is the Isles are always full of things stacked on the floor especially in the DIY section... Do they not have a stock room??? All these 5 star reviews are clearly fake because I've lived in the area for 4 years and I've never once had great service. I would normally give it 2 stars but I've took a star way since they decided to take advantage of the pandemic by charging extortionate prices for their products."

"You can find almost anything at bargain world, for example, I needed Velcro hook and loop tape to make a communication aid with,it is quite hard to find in store rather than online but I found it in BW for a tiny amount compared to online and now recommend BW to everyone who makes/uses PECS. The guys at BW are friendly and very helpful, they know where everything is and will help you find it if needed. For those who are Autistic or have Autistic children there are a number of items in the toy section which are very sensory but cheap,such as moon sand (a cheap type of kinetic sand), weighted toys,glitter balls etc.there’s also lava lamps in the shop."
