"Dreadful, gloomy store in dire need of refurbishment, in danger of collapse at any moment. Indifferent staff who are often on the phone to their friends while (not) serving you. Covid safety measures non-existent. No attempt to provide a choice of healthy food. Honestly, why do convenience stores in urban areas have to be so unspeakably awful when there are so many good examples of how it can be done in more rural areas? The only reason I go there is it is the nearest place to drop off a Hermes parcel, and then only with gritted teeth. Gets 2 stars as, believe it or not, there are even worse places than this in Salford. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but not when they are this bad."
