"I've used Tuk Tuk Mart online a few times now and they are generally good. Like with most companies, how they deal with problems is usually where there is a clear divide. It is with regret that my expectations of how they deal with issues were met, that is in this instance they do not respond at all. Fortunately in this case the problem was minor as there was an error with the fulfilment which I can live with, but it does make me nervous in using them again in case of a bigger problem arising. Sort out their customer service issues and they would be a 5 star, as it stands I give it 3 as it could go either way on a case by case basis for each order."
