Reviews of Creams Cafe Birmingham
"Ordered a 'thick shake' in snickers and rolo donut after my first few options were unavailable. The milkshake was such a thin consistency and tasted of just milk with an ever so slight hint of chocolate of which could not be determined. The donut was incredibly sweet layered with extra sweet sauce. Quite a waste of money for what ended up being a couple of sips of milkshake and a bite of donut."
"I haven't got a bad thing to say about this place. I went around 2pm and the place was empty, staff made sure I got seated and helped me check allergens for the menu item I wanted. They were really helpful and nice. The waffle was super filling and really nice, coffee was good too. I would definitely come back here again!"
"Very substandard ice-cream and the red velvet was terrible! For the price paid, the quality, taste and flavour was poor. I am sure I'll never return to this place unless the flavours, how they treat their customers and the quality of the desserts are improved. I'm surprised how this place has survived so far!"
