"Scan & shop closed again. Only 2 trolley checkouts open and one for baskets. Self service was absolutely rammed. Tesco you should be ashamed"
"Went in this evening (Thurs) and oh my god, the queue was unreal. 2 tills open and then just self-checkout and the queue spanned the whole length of the store and spreading down the frozen aisles. Felt so bad for the staff who clearly have managers that don’t give a monkeys about them. Been told that they have laid off staff and managers apparently don’t care. Beggars always sat outside who are violent sometimes (seen knives). Way too many companies trying to promo themselves at the exit of the store eg RAC who will harass you for business despite you continuously saying no. Whole experience is off putting."
"Shocking place my family actually work for Tesco. My partner was asked to open her coat by a security guard because he thought she'd stolen alcohol. She doesn't even drink. Then the same security guard started having fight with a nutter who'd been screaming and shouting outside. The place is a complete dump most of the staff spend there time smoking on the front. The silly thing is its basic thngs that any half decent manager could change. The worse Tesco ive ever visited Awful."
"Fantastic location and easy to get to, not far from the motorway. They have electric car charging which is a large bonus. It costs 28p/kWh which is still cheaper than house electric. However one charging point is not working. There is plenty parking around and it's never really full. There is a problem with the drainage so when it rains heavy, the lower half of the car park, including the electric charging spots are covered with water. They have toilets inside which is good, there is also a pharmacy and a phone shop. You can also print pictures on a machine inside. There is free WiFi so if you are a regular it's worth hooking up to that The staff are very helpful as I have spoken to a few in there asking for certain items and they are always happy to help. The opening times are very beneficial for people working shifts, however I would like it to open an hour earlier for the early morning workers."
"This shop is a joke dozens of till not manned and huge queues, only like 3 people working the checkouts and one poor person sprinting back and forth on the self service machines. However I've given them 3 stars as I love shop lifting and this makes is much much easier. I can't imagine how much money they save a year by understaffing so drastically but I'll always do my best to balance the scales a little (brown onions of course)."
