Really pleasant blonde manager today had to put up with a customer pushing the trolley away from his important loaf of bread. Dealt with very well in a calm professional way considering how rude the customer was. Its amazing what you see sometimes. Well done to manager not sure what her name is."

"Honestly found this experience a tad embarrassing, my mirror had come off on my car and I had to drive back to Bradford. I came in asking the lady if they had glue so i could fix it, she pointed me towards some, I tried to buy it and she refused to serve me because I didn't have ID, I'm way over the age of 18, absolute ridiculous. Then I came back in as my oil light came on, and apparently they don't sell oil either."
"Last time I will ever go tesco. The one star flatters this store. I went in this morning to purchase a few items on way to work. As I got to the till there was no sales assistant, lady who should have been serving was in the alcohol Isle unboxing stock. Looked right at me and turned her back. Stood there for almost 10 minutes waiting to be served. In the end I had to leave my items on the till and walk out. Every little helps? I think not."
