Reviews
"Very good prices and very friendly staff"
"This store is one of my favourites in DROYLSDEN there friendly always ready to help there customers."
"It's very good in price and have lots of things you need"
"Good variety and 10% off for over 60's on Tuesday"
"Shop looked faced up well considering the time ,however poor queue management which was reactive rather than proactive. The queue was allowed to build up to 7 behind me before the bell went. 2 of the 4 checkouts were overcrowded with stock purposely and it looked a bit much like the small drinks chiller was in one of the checkout lanes instead of in between where its supposed to go and the other just had home delivery crates stacked up blocking it. This gives off the impression that they don't intend to ever have 2 of the 4 checkouts on probably because of tight labor budgets. Secondly it also looks a bit of a jumble and makes it seem smaller. All in all the intentions are probably right to try and push sales and commercially that makes sense but it does impact on the customer journey. To summarise great focus on the main shop floor and good standards, not enough on the front end/customer."
