"1 star is too good for this, a complete and utter joke. On no less than 3 occasions in the past 4 months pizzas have taken over 2 hours to be delivered. They don't even answer the phones, either they hang up on you, or they just let them ring for 5 minutes. Papa John's should be doing more to protect their brand from disgraceful franchisees like this. Avoid like the plague!"
