"Both staff serving today looked unhappy uninterested and didn't want to wait for me to find my gift card. The older lady just said next time tell us you want to use your gift card before ordering. She looked like she was doing me a favour being there . Won't come again. Setting however and layout very nice coffee lovely. Just a shame the two females serving couldn't have had better customer service. A let down even if it is just coffee ."
