"Have ordered from here quite a few times and always happy. However, they have changed and not for the better. Got donner meat and chips, asked for garlic mayo on the donner meat which it didn't have. That didn't matter but the state of the donner meat did. Since when did donner meat stab your tongue when you try to eat it? It was drier than the Sahara and when I rang up to tell them, I was abruptly told it was fresh and when I argued he said in a very rude manner, I'll send you another one. Which in fairness they did, hence they got 2 stars and not 1 and even though the quality was much better some of it was still like crispy bits of cardboard. Won't be ordering from here ever again and I would advise others to go elsewhere. Such a shame as they used to be good."
