"Friendly, efficient staff, really nice atmosphere, the limited edition kitkat hot chocolate is epic, have never had that much whipped cream on top of one before, amazing. If it's busy downstairs, check upstairs as there's plenty of seats up there, and you get a good view of the square out of the windows."

"Painfully slow this morning. Took 5 mins to make one lady’s coffee and I had to leave as mine hadn’t been started and had a train to catch. Got there in plenty of time. Barista was yawning. £2.75 I’ll never see again and now I’m always yawning as not had my coffee. Absolute faff."
