"We ordered a pizza on their online store that never arrived but said delivered online tried to call waited 30 minutes with no answer went down to the store to complain they not only had not made the pizza they couldn’t refund me in store I would have to contact head office and the front of house was very rude and sarcastic will never order from this establishment again would give less than one star if it was an option"
"Ordered a pizza at 6:20, the tracking app said it was here at 6:48 but nothing had been delivered, had to call them 5 times to get through when they said it would be here in 10-15 minutes 25 minutes later nothing and still can’t get through. Don’t waste your time with them it’ll ruin your evening."

"Worst Papa John’s store. I am sure that the people who don’t like papa johns pizza are people who have ordered from this store. Ordered bbq meat feast, choc scrolls and buffalo wings. Literally the driest pizza I’ve ever eaten from a papa johns. chocolate scrolls again the worst ever chocolate scrolls I have eaten in my life there was no chocolate inside and the sauce was not actual real melted chocolate more like the fake syrupy ones you buy at the store. It’s so unfortunate that the catford branch doesn’t deliver to where I live anymore. HORRID HORRID HORRID. STAY AWAY IF YOU LIKE PAPA JOHNS"
"Delivery took 36 mins. We were starving and is not so bad to eat pizza cold, but the pizza. Worst ever. Papa John's was great with lots of toppings. Now you get tesco value pizza with more toppings."
